DSF logoCenter for Computational and Applied Transcriptomics (COAT) is a newly established cross disciplinary center made possible by a 5 million EURO grant from the Danish Strategic Research Council. COAT uses cutting edge experimental and computational methods to investigate RNA structure and RNA-protein interactions on a transcriptome wide scale to enable the design of effective and safe RNA drugs.

The consortium consists of both Danish and international academic partners as well as the Danish biopharmaceutical company Santaris Pharma A/S (read more about the partners).
