The Informatics group at Santaris Pharma is offering three master student projects to start in the Autumn 2011.
What we offer: a dynamic and fun environment, with three highly qualified bioinformaticians to guide your project, an opportunity to use and develop your skills in an industrial setting. Good office space, lunch, fruit, coffee etc will be provided.
What we expect: Good, highly motivated and self-driven students, eligible to start their master project. We expect the student to be present and work regularly from our site in Hørsholm.
To apply: Please send an email to the informatics team (mol@santaris.com, anp@santaris.com, pha@santaris.com), with information about yourself, your interests and your academic and bioinformatics track record. We will be interviewing with interested students during August.
The projects are described in the following posts
- A target prediction plugin for miRmaid
- Discover miR-signatures and possible therapeutic targets for the treatment cardiometabolic diseases
- High-throughput probing and prediction of RNA structure to facilitate RNA drug design
